Clinical Training

The range of health care services provided in Sub Saharan Africa is limited due in part to infrastructure gaps, which results in reduced capacity for acute, emergency and chronic care of many conditions. A fallout of this is the burnout of clinicians in training and practice because facilities are under-equipped, understaffed and allied care professionals are under-represented because they are mostly not trained in our healthcare systems.

Our approach is to support the building of competence and capacity to deliver holistic high quality patient-centered healthcare by increasing opportunities for training and career advancement in both clinical and allied healthcare domains.
